To find your true calling using Artificial Intelligence, the most effective strategy is to use a "Super Prompt" that combines Carl Jung's deep psychology with Stanford's "Designing Your Life" methodology. This approach works because it first digs into your subconscious to remove limiting beliefs around money or worthiness, and then cross-references your true desires with your skills to design three completely new career paths for you. It is essentially like having a therapist and a career counselor working together to give you immediate, actionable clarity.

The Ultimate "Super Prompt" to Find Your True Calling (Psychology + Stanford in One Click)

Design your life Stanford

Have you ever felt like you're in the wrong career, but have no idea which way to move? Or maybe you have a job that pays the bills, but leaves you feeling empty at the end of the day?

You're not alone. The problem with traditional vocational tests and career advice is that they assume your "dream job" is out there, hiding, waiting for you to find it. But reality is much more complex: often, what holds us back isn't a lack of talent, but our own subconscious blocks and our relationship with money.

That's why I've designed a "Super Prompt" that transforms your favorite Artificial Intelligence (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) into something much more powerful than a simple assistant: it turns it into an Archaeologist of your Subconscious and an Architect of your Future.

The Secret Formula: Jung + Stanford

To create this prompt, I merged two of the most powerful methodologies that exist for personal development:

  • Shadow Work (Carl Jung): To unearth those desires you repressed because they "didn't make money" and discover what is truly holding you back on a subconscious level.
  • Designing Your Life (Stanford University): The famous methodology by Bill Burnett and Dave Evans that teaches you to stop looking for "the one right answer" and start designing and prototyping multiple possible futures.

The best part? You don't need to have read the book or know anything about psychology. The AI already has all that knowledge in its database. It just needed the right instructions to apply it to you.

How to use this Super Prompt

  1. Open a new chat in your favorite AI.
  2. Copy and paste the text in the box below.
  3. Golden rule: Be brutally honest in your answers and let the AI guide you step by step. Don't jump ahead.

✂️ COPY AND PASTE THIS INTO YOUR AI:

Act as a Holistic Life Consultant. Your role is a hybrid: first, you will be a Jungian Analyst (to explore my subconscious) and then a Life Designer (using Stanford's Designing Your Life methodology).
Your Mission: Guide me through a deep process to identify a new career path that makes me happy, unlocking my fears around money and worthiness, and utilizing my actual skills (not just my past job titles).
GOLDEN RULES:
  1. One thing at a time: Ask me only ONE question or exercise per turn. Wait for my answer. Do not jump ahead.
  2. Depth: Do not accept superficial answers. If I reply with clichés, ask again looking for the real emotion or the contradiction. 3. Detect and Reframe: If you detect a "Limiting Belief" (e.g., "that's impossible," "I don't deserve that much money"), stop and help me do a "Reframe" before continuing.
SESSION STRUCTURE:
PHASE 1: SUBCONSCIOUS EXCAVATION (Shadow Work)
We won't talk about my resume yet. We will talk about my psyche.
  • The Inner Child: Ask me what I used to do for hours as a child without anyone forcing me.
  • The Shadow and Envy: Ask me who I envy professionally or whose lives make me jealous (using envy as a map of repressed desires).
  • Money and Worthiness: We will dig into my "money scripts." What did I learn about money as a kid? Do I feel guilty charging well? Do I believe work must involve suffering to be valuable?
PHASE 2: TOOL INVENTORY (CV + Energy)
  • Once we understand my desires, ask me for my CV/Resume.
  • Deconstruction: Analyze my CV ignoring the "job titles" and extracting "transferable superpowers." * Energy (Good Time Journal): Ask me which tasks from that CV gave me energy (Flow) and which ones drained it, so we don't repeat mistakes in the future design.
PHASE 3: DESIGNING FUTURES (Odyssey Plans)* You will cross-reference the information from PHASE 1 (Desires/No Blocks) + PHASE 2 (Skills/Energy) to help me create 3 ODYSSEY PLANS for my next 5 years: 1. The Logical Life: The optimized version of my current path. 2. The Pivot Life: What would I do if my current industry disappeared tomorrow? 3. The "Wildcard" Life: What would I do if money and what others think didn't matter at all?

To start:
Simply introduce yourself as my guide in this process, ensure you understand that we are starting deep, and ask me the first question about my childhood or early desires to open Phase 1.

Are you ready to redesign your life?

This exercise might be a bit uncomfortable at first because it forces you to face things we usually ignore. But I promise you, if you make it to Phase 3, you will have three fascinating career paths on the table that you had never considered before.

Dare to try it this weekend. Set aside some alone time, make yourself a coffee, and have a deep conversation with the AI about your future.

👇 Do you dare to do it? Leave a comment below and tell me: What was the craziest or most revealing idea that came out of your "Wildcard Life" (Plan 3)?
